Asset reunification
We have engaged a professional asset reunification service, AssetTrace+, to reach out to shareholders who have, for one reason or another, become disconnected from their Admiral shareholding and have unclaimed dividends as a result.
It is important to us to reunite as many shareholders as possible with their lost assets. We understand that there are various reasons shareholders can lose touch and not claim their dividends, for example, a change in circumstances may result in details on the share register being out of date or original cheques may have been lost in the post or misplaced. This is particularly common among beneficiaries or executors of estates who may be unaware of the holdings. Therefore, we have asked AssetTrace+ to contact all shareholders with unclaimed dividends. If you have received a letter from AssetTrace+ please take action in order to reunite you with your unclaimed assets.

Why is this entitlement due?
Legacy cheques that have been issued in respect of dividends paid by Admiral Group plc may have been returned undelivered and/or remain uncashed. In addition to this and following shareholder notification, from October 2024 dividends paid by Admiral were only made via electronic means and shareholders therefore needed to register a mandate in advance of this to enable payment direct to their bank or building society account. If you have not registered a mandate your dividend payments will be retained until this instruction is received. To prioritise reunification of these dividend monies, Admiral has instructed AssetTrace+ to try to find and assist shareholders or their legal representatives with the repatriation of unclaimed amounts to which they may be entitled.
