This disclosure relates to transactions of which notification is required under paragraph 3.1.2 of the Disclosure Rules.
On 30 April 2010, Admiral Group Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Chidwick, was awarded 45,010 shares under the Group's Discretionary Free Share Scheme. The award was subject to Group performance conditions from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2012 and 100% of the award vested on 30 April 2013. 45,010 shares have since been sold at £12.76.
Kevin Chidwick and Family Holdings now total 84,038 ordinary shares in Admiral Group Plc.
