The Company has been notified that on 5 March 2014, Shauneen Lyons, the wife of Admiral Group Chairman, Alastair Lyons, sold 80,000 Admiral Group plc shares at a price of £15.00.

Alastair Lyons and Family now hold a total 312,152 ordinary shares in Admiral Group.
