This disclosure relates to transactions of which notification is required under DTR 3.1.2.

Admiral Group plc was notified on 19 November 2014 that, on 18 November 2014, Admiral Group Chief Operating Officer, David Stevens and his wife Heather Stevens, transferred, at nil cost, 250,000 0.1p Ordinary shares in Admiral Group plc, representing 0.09% of the Group's issued share capital, to The Waterloo Foundation, a charity of which David and Heather Stevens are trustees. 

Following this transfer, David and Heather Stevens now hold a total of 9,881,950 ordinary shares in Admiral Group plc representing 3.54 % of the issued share capital.
