This disclosure relates to transactions of which notification is required under DTR 3.1.2.

On 13 March 2015 Geraint Jones (Admiral Group Chief Financial Officer) and Kevin Chidwick (Chief Executive Officer of the Group's US direct insurance business, Elephant Auto), a person discharging managerial responsibility within Admiral Group plc, were each awarded 101 shares under the Admiral Group Approved Share Incentive Plan at a strike price of £14.88.   

Geraint Jones and family now hold a total of 42,842 ordinary shares in Admiral Group plc, following the acquisition of the above award and 217 shares under the SIP dividend reinvestment plan.

Kevin Chidwick and family now hold a total of 98,559 ordinary shares in Admiral Group plc.
