This disclosure relates to transactions of which notification is required under DTR 3.1.2.

The Company has been notified that on 4 March 2016, Cristina Nestares, Head of UK Motor and a person discharging managerial responsibility within Admiral Group plc, sold:

• 14,650 Admiral Group Plc ordinary shares by public exchange at a price of £19.21 per share; and

• 1,603 Admiral Group Plc ordinary shares by public exchange at a price of £19.32 per share. 

Cristina Nestares now holds a total 15,379 ordinary shares in Admiral Group Plc.
