Henry’s Pot

In 1998, CEO Henry Engelhardt set up ‘Henry’s Pot’, Admiral Group’s community giving fund, to help staff and their families who are involved with local charities and organisations.

Admiral Group staff are very supportive of charities on both an individual level as well as within their teams and brands, and many are involved in sports and arts clubs along with their families.

Match funding is another part of Henry’s Pot, where the company will match the amount raised by staff within the company.
In fact, on Children in Need Day 2007 staff raised more than £3200, which the company matched.

In 2007 Henry’s Pot gave to 107 organisations and charities, ranging from local sports and theatre groups to animal rescue centres, youth groups and larger national charities such as Childline Cymru and MS Wales.
